Disperses Wind Heat, used in cases of Wind Heat with fever, cough and headache. Clears the head and eyes and benefits the throat. Soothes and moves the Liver qi.

Contraindications/precautions:
Contraindicated in deficiency exterior conditions and Yin deficiency with Heat.
