Uses:
Dries Dampness and strengthens the Spleen. Used in cases of lack of appetite, diarrhea, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting. Expels Wind Damp, used for Bi Syndrome. Clears damp in the lower jiao. Causes sweating and releases the exterior. Useful for headache and body aches. Also used for night blindness.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated in cases of excessive sweating, yin deficiency with Heat signs and to be used cautiously with patients with loose/watery stool.
