"Our Yoga sessions with Anna have been our saving grace over the last two years. Initially we started our classes for fitness and mental wellbeing but Anna's enthusiasm and unique teaching style has made yoga an essentail part of our lifestyle. She adapts every class to suit our needs making every session different and fun. Anna patiently helps us to work on our individual weaknesses and we eventually work through any pain and / or ailments that we may have. Yoga has helped us mentally and physically get through two very stressful years. Anna's wonderful and caring personality has lead her to be not only a wonderful teacher and motivator but also a dear friend. At times it is tough after a long day to "don" the yoga lycra but we always leave our class feeling refreshed, calm and happy both mentally and physically.

Pregnancy & Mums and Bubs Yoga
"Taking pregnancy yoga with Sanctuary Health provided a gentle and enjoyable way to strengthen my body and ease aches and pains throughout my pregnancy. More importantly it gave me a chance to spend some focused time with my baby. The classes become a special place to relieve stress and anxiety, and prepare myself for birth and motherhood. Now Sid and I attend Mums and Bubs classes, and it is lovely to return to this familiar space. Sid and I both respond well to the quiet, relaxing pace of the class. We can, and have, highly recommend these classes to others."
