Disperses Wind and Clears Heat. Used for headaches and eye pain in cases of Wind-Heat. Clears the Liver and brightens eyes. Drains Dampess

Contraindications:
To be used with caution in cases of eye problems due to yin or blood deficiency. Use with caution in cases of deficienct Stomach qi.
