Beginners' Yoga
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. The focus is on improving range of motion, developing strength and body awareness and improving overall health.
Monday 5:30pm – 6:45pm (25th January - 29th March)
Mondays 7:00pm – 8:15pm (25th January - 29th March) (full)
Thursdays 5.30pm – 6.45pm (28th January - 1st April) (full)
General Yoga Class
This is available to anyone with a little experience of yoga, great if you have completed a beginner’s course.
Wednesdays 10:00am – 11:15am (27th January - 31st March)
Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:45pm (27th January - 31st March) (full)
Thursday 7.00pm – 8.15pm (28th January - 1st April) (full)
Pregnancy Yoga
A specifically designed yoga course suitable at any stage of pregnancy.
Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:45pm (26th January – 30th March) (full)
Saturday 9:00am - 10:15am (30th January – 28th March - 9 weeks) (full)
Saturday 10:30am - 11:45am (30th January – 28th March - 9 weeks) (full)

Mums and Bubs Yoga
Get back in shape and learn new ways of connecting physically, mentally and emotionally with your baby.

Private Classes
Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups and can be specifically tailored to suit. These classes are a great option for families or small groups of friends and are run by arrangement. Contact us to arrange classes.
