Which Class Should I Choose?
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. The focus is on improving range of motion, developing strength and body awareness and improving overall health.
Intermediate Yoga Class
This is available to anyone with some experience of yoga, great if you have completed a beginner’s course and are looking for something a bit more challenging. Full inversions and more difficult balances are introduced.
This is available to anyone with a little experience of yoga, great if you have completed a beginner’s course.
A specifically designed yoga course suitable at any stage of pregnancy.

Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups and can be specifically tailored to suit. These classes are a great option for families or small groups of friends and are run by arrangement. Contact us to arrange classes.
