Uses
Releases the exterior, disperses Cold. Used for exterior Wind-Cold with chills, fever, headache and nasal congestion, and with the presentation of digestive disturbances. Circulates qi and balances the middle Jiao. Used for calming a restless foetus or for morning sickness. Alleviates poisoning caused by seafood.

Contraindications:
Contraindicate in Damp-Heat patterns and Exterior Deficient patterns with sweating.
