Level Two Yoga
This class builds on movement principles established in the Level One class. Our Level Two class offers the opportunity to develop strength and fluidity of movement through more physically challenging postures and sequences. The class format is similar to that of the Level One class but assumes some existing understanding. The Level Two class is suitable for those who have completed the Level One class.
Options for Level Two Yoga Classes, Term Three 2019:
Mondays 7.00pm - 815pm with Angie (22nd July - 23rd September)
Wednesdays 9.30am - 10.45am with Angie (24th July - 25th September)
