Level Two Yoga
This class builds on movement principles established in the Level One class. Our Level Two class offers the opportunity to develop strength and fluidity of movement through more physically challenging postures and sequences. The class format is similar to that of the Level One class but assumes some existing understanding. The Level Two class is suitable for those who have completed the Level One class.
Options for Level Two Yoga Classes:
Mondays 7.00pm - 815pm with Angie (29th April - 1st July, no class 3rd June)
Wednesdays 9.30am - 10.45am with Angie (1st May- 3rd July)
Fridays 9.15am - 10.30am with Jane (3rd May- 5th July)
