Our specialised Pregnancy Yoga classes aim to enhance the health and wellbeing of mums to be, supporting you through the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, as well as providing a time to relax and connect in with baby.
The classes emphasise developing strength and mobility in the legs, spine and pelvic floor, gently opening hips and pelvis (without over stretching), and opening the chest and shoulders (countering the rounding and hunching that can occur during pregnancy whilst also creating vital space for breathing).
No experience is needed and the course is suitable at any stage of pregnancy. If you have a history of miscarriage or are experiencing complications then give us a call or email so we can discuss how we can best meet your needs.
Classes consist of yoga postures (asana), gentle flowing sequences (vinyasa), breath awareness and exercises (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation. Props, such as blankets, bolsters and straps may be used to provide support and comfort.

Tuesdays 7.00pm - 8.15pm with Anna (30th April - 2nd July)
Wednesdays 5.30pm - 6.45pm with Casey (1st May - 3rd July)
Saturdays 9.00am - 10.15am with Romy (4th May - 6th July)
