All yoga is therapeutic, although each person has individual requirements that can be identified and addressed with personal, or small group yoga sessions to enable you to get the most benefit from your practice. Whether you are seeking guidance to:

Individual 1:1 and small group sessions typically last for one hour and can be helpful as a one-off session to refine existing practice or regular sessions to address specific needs (weekly/fortnightly/monthly).
Each session includes detailed assessment and practice planning to suit the individual.
